A single subject on a simple background works best — a person, a product, or an AI still. Busy collages and tiny subjects in the corner are harder. Hair, glasses, and product edges are the usual stress tests; preview the checkerboard before you download. Portraits: use a photo where the person is clearly separated from the wall or scene. Products: shoot or generate on a plain surface so the cutout does not eat the silhouette. Unmark is not a full studio suite — it will not relight the subject or invent a new backdrop. Pair the PNG with your own layout in Canva, Figma, or an editor.
The file is a transparent PNG. Drop it onto a color field, a lifestyle photo, or a slide. If you need the sparkle gone and the background gone, run watermark cleanup first so you are not cutting around a logo. Library keeps the cutout so you can download again without re-uploading.
